How to schedule your day for productivity
Knowing how to schedule your day for productivity is the basis for developing a pattern in which you can achieve your goals. If you want to improve yourself as a man and achieve great things, you need to stick to a schedule. Sticking to your schedule over and over again will transform you into a productive motherfucker. You’ll be able to use your time efficiently, end up getting way more done, and feel better about yourself.
Improvements to your business when you have a schedule
Goals you have – especially around your purpose, business, and achieving financial freedom will actually become a reality if you have a schedule. That’s the main area of your life that absolutely depends on you knowing how to schedule your day for productivity. You’ll also make improvements in your fitness and dating life when you have a schedule you stick to as well.
But it’s your career that you want to make sure is be utilized here. Creating a schedule and sticking to it is the difference between successful people and those who never progress in life.
Your business depends on it. I know it’s tough if you’re working a job and have a business on the side. Trust me on that. It takes a lot of willpower to work all day and then come home and work more. This won’t be your lifestyle forever. But if you want to make it on your own, then you’re going to have to do this for a while. If you’re getting consistent sleep and you’re practicing semen retention, then this is going to be a lot more doable. I don’t get how the guys beating off everyday or release their seed can get anything done. If you can, more power to you, but doing a few things like keeping my sexual energy inside of me and getting enough sleep has made my productivity sky rocket.
If you want to make a lot of money, or even just make money doing what you love, you need to be religious about your schedule.
Improvements to dating when you fit into your schedule
You’ll be able to have time for your girlfriend, fuckbuddies, or girls you’re just meeting, without going overboard on it. By limiting your time in these areas, you’ll make yourself more valuable and will actually do better. For example, if you’re only available 2 or 3 evenings in the week for women, the women will have to compete for your time. If you’re available all 7 nights, then you think you’d do better. And you might just playing the numbers game. But if you have less time available, you’ll actually do better with the 8’s, 9’s, and 10’s.
Dating also is part of your “down time”. Meaning you got all of your important things done for the day. It’s not a priority for a man trying to build a business, make 6-figures, or build real wealth. It’s something fun to do at the end of the day. But if a girl flakes or needs to reschedule, you’re chillen. Because you weren’t basing the fact that you had a good day or not depending if you saw one of your regular girls or went on a date. You based the success of your day by sticking to your schedule and getting the important shit done. Then at the end of each productive day you’ll feel tired but great. So if you have the date or have a girl come over, then cool you get some fun in. But if not, that’s cool too.
Don’t make dating the thing you look forward to
Having an abundance mindset doesn’t mean you’re having a new piece of ass come over ever night. Even with high sexual market value, that’s not going to be your reality if you’re not a celebrity. And that’s fine. Knowing that you have dating options and that it’s just part of your fun time, like watching a movie, playing a video game, etc. is what is going to give you a chill mindset.
And because you’re busy as fuck and in the dating game but not making it a big deal, you’re going to have plenty of women in your life. A man with a girlfriend may have more time with his girlfriend than a player, but at the same time, this man isn’t going to be chasing ass a few times a week. If he chooses the right girlfriend, he can even have her help out in parts of his business or with chores around the house. A woman whose part of your team will be happy to support you in the best way that she can if you leverage her to what she’s good at and enjoys doing.
The schedule
So what’s the schedule? The meat of this article is actually short and to the point. While you can develop a schedule specific to you, this is what I’ve found has worked for me extremely well.
These times are examples, obviously they can be adjusted depending when your job starts, if you have a commute, etc.
Entrepreneur
- wake up (5am-7am, earlier the better)
- Workout (usually around 7am, but have recently changed this to lunch)
- Biggest task of the day (for me, article / podcast) (8am-10am)
- 2nd important task (for me, coaching clients) (10am-12pm)
- Lunch (first meal, sometimes I use my workout time here) (12pm-1pm)
- 3rd most important task (coaching clients, working on products) (1pm-6pm)
- Minor tasks (marketing business, although this is minor, still do this for 4-5 hours)
- Dates, meet up with friends, relax (7pm-10pm)
Employee
- wake up (5am-6am)
- Workout(6am-7am)
- Work (8am-5pm)
- Side business (6pm-10pm)
Or
- wake up (5am)
- Side business (5:15am-7am)
- Work (8am-5pm)
- Workout (5:30pm-6:30pm)
Deciding on when to work on side business vs workout
The difference here is the working on your side business after work or before. Usually I prefer to work out early and then I would work on my side business after work when I had a job. But I also experimented with getting work done on my side business in the morning. This was just as effective, in fact maybe even more-so. However it required for me to get up at 5am in order to have enough time to really get work done. If you can be that disciplined, then you can try this variation out.
Also, working out is never something I feel like skipping out on. For some guys working out is a struggle, so for them I’d day to do it first. But if you’re a guy like me that will workout whenever, then this can be more flexible.
The thing is that whatever is hardest for you, do that first. I stopped doing my workouts early on because that’s easy for me to do any time of the day. I’ve been doing my lifting midday, around noon, right before lunch which is my first meal. I do intermittent fasting, workout at noon, and then have my first meal at 1 or so.
The reason being is I’m in great shape already, and feel like when I wake up I want to work on my business first. This way I get a lot done early on and feel like I’m already a productive motherfucker. I realize that many of you who work jobs don’t have this flexibility. In that case you can either workout in the morning and then do your side business after work, or vice versa. Or if you’re really dedicated, workout in the morning and do a bit of your side business, go to work, and then do more work on your side business afterwards.
Create a schedule and stick to it
The most important thing is that you create a schedule and stick to it. Once you accomplish the big things early on, you’re going to feel good. And this feeling of productivity early on will create momentum for you to keep killing it in your day.
For some guys, their fitness is the weakest, so lifting early on will help them feel more productive later in the day. For other guys, getting their side business off the ground is the most important, so that’s the first thing they should do. As a business owner, my most important task is generally to do an article / podcast, followed by my coaching clients. Then after my workout and lunch I can do some more work, then put the rest of the day into my marketing business.
I have a schedule and I stick to it. Which makes me productive and successful towards accomplishing my goals. Do the same thing for yourself. Copy my schedule or create one that works for you. You know how to schedule your day for productivity, so create one and stick to it. When you develop the discipline to keep your word to yourself, you can have all the things you want.
