The Subconscious Mind and Semen Retention
Your subconscious mind is the underlying cause for the majority of your life, and this is taken to the next level while on semen retention.
Your conscious mind on the other hand, the small yet critical part that makes you human, has the capacity to influence the subconscious mind. Most of the thoughts that pop up, the feelings you get, are seemingly “random”. Meaning they come up without your control.
Even if you think of what you’re going to eat for your next meal, you don’t get to decide the options you give yourself. Because every possible option comes from your subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is always picking up information through your senses, whether you recognize it with your conscious mind or not. Your conscious mind can also be called your awareness.
Whatever you focus on, with both your subconscious mind and conscious mind will be drawn to you. Your brain is like a radio that pulls whatever you focus on, good or bad, to you with intention.
The Law of attraction is amplified on semen retention
When you combine this with semen retention, your ability to pull things to you is dramatically more powerful.
The law of attraction can also be described as your intention. Everything has intention, just to different and varying degrees. The stronger your intention is, the more power your brain has to pull or manifest whatever it’s focusing on.
When you retain your seed, your intention becomes much more powerful. You don’t need to “try” to have stronger intention while on semen retention. That’s just the affect of having more of your physical and spiritual energy. What you need to do is to ensure that you are focusing on what you want. Focus on what’s beneficial for your life.
Because whatever are the most dominant things you focus on, will be what your intention will begin to pull towards you. And by things, what is really meant is how you think and feel. Whatever you think and feel the most is what your brain will use intention to pull and manifest again and again.
Guard your Mind
That’s why it’s so important to guard your mind. You must use as much awareness as possible (your conscious mind) to monitor what you let into your brain through your 5 senses. Because these will be picked up and replayed on repeat by your subconscious mind.
Subconscious mind picks up everything, both good and bad.
That’s why it’s critical to use your conscious mind (awareness) to focus on the good. Your conscious mind only makes up about 5% of your brain activity. The rest is all subconscious. Anyone who takes up meditation will quickly realize how little control they have over their thoughts.
But that 5% or so is the difference between us and a chimp. It makes all the world of a difference. And when we use it properly, we can begin to feed our subconscious mind the right kind of data for it to process. It loops whatever its fed over and over again. So if you feed it good data (good thoughts and good feelings) it will begin to loop that and attract more of that into your life.
The power of Feeling
Emotions are a type of feeling, but not the only type. You also have your gut instinct, which is a feeling but not an emotion. You have physical feelings, and other types of spiritual feelings. Emotions are simply when the mind begins to feel thoughts.
When you “feel” good or bad, you attract that into your life. You want to feel good more often than you feel bad. The way to do this is to make sure you only let good things into your mind.
Because that’s where it starts and ends. Your feelings come from your thoughts. When you think good things, you then feel good. But when you think bad things, you feel bad.
Most people are slaves to their negative feelings because they don’t monitor what goes into their brain. And because they don’t monitor, a lot of things they don’t want is acquired by the subconscious mind. This then translates into unwanted thoughts, and then unwanted feelings.
These unwanted feelings, especially while retaining, will attract more situations that bring about those same unwanted feelings.
What feelings to minimize on semen retention
Don’t look at these feelings as evil or needing to avoid at all cost. Having resistance to them allows them to stay. Instead, just realize that these are the feelings you want to avoid while retaining.
- Jealousy / envy
If you notice you have these types of feelings often, then that brings us back to the point about the subconscious mind. These negative feelings are a results of bad influences that your subconscious mind has picked up on.
Your subconscious mind is always picking up signals through your senses. That’s why it’s so important to monitor what you see, hear, smell, taste, and feel. This is how you
Filter what you let into your brain
- Avoid porn, avoid dating apps, limit social media (post and get off)
- Let go of negative people or those who only complain.
- Avoid negative music
And instead actively put positive information and expose your subconscious mind to positive stimuli. Put good things into your mind – good podcasts, positive music or less music, good books.
Positive Affirmations and Mediate on Positive Feelings
This is where you can use your conscious mind to help influence your subconscious mind. You can consciously focus on positive affirmations and positive feelings. When you take the conscious effort to do this, consistently, your subconscious mind will begin to pick up on these. Focusing on these will counter act the negative, and if done with dedication, will override and become dominant in the subconscious mind.
You can use positive affirmations of your own or use some that I’ve mentioned before.
One that is simple and works for almost everything is:
- “Things are always working out for me”
I’ve listed others as well that you can begin to implement. Even if you don’t believe them at first that’s fine. If you stay consistent with them, you will be programming your subconscious mind to accept the phrases as truth. Especially if they’re general and can be believed. If you said “I’m a billionaire” when you’re broke, it will be hard for your subconscious mind to accept. But if you say “Things are always working out for me”, this is easy to accept. Even if a situation doesn’t seem like it’s going to work out, if you repeat this phrase, your brain will just say “yea actually it will work out”.
It just takes consistency on your part.
Focus on the feelings you want
When you really believe what you say, you’ll begin to “feel” good. And when you feel good enough, or that you have abundance, joy, etc., then you will attract more of that to you.
Your subconscious mind is using the law of attraction (your intention) to pull things closer to you. This is dramatically amplified while on semen retention.
When you focus on your affirmations, and say them will conviction, you’ll elicit the positive feelings, and you’ll draw in situations that are in line with those. In essence, the more you feel a certain way, the more you’ll attract scenarios that will also give you that same feeling. That’s why it’s so important to put good things into your subconscious mind by using your conscious mind.
You can also directly mediate on the feeling as well.
When you focus on these positive thoughts and positive feelings with your conscious mind, they will begin to be programmed into your subconscious mind. If done with consistency, they will become the dominant thoughts and feelings. Combine that with semen retention, and you will pull situations and circumstances that are in line with your new and enhanced state.
